YOU ARE 1 OF THE CHOSEN 10, WELL DONE.

You have been chosen for a very special project starting tomorrow after school. You will be trained by chefs from Raymond Blanc's 2 Michelin star le manoir aux quat'saisons.

 

At the end of this experience you will work with professionals to cook for 60 paying guests. You will be supported by chefs that have cooked for stars of film, music,and tv as well as politicians and royalty.

 

This is a commitment as each week you will be shown and learn a new recipe. You are now part of a special group of Langley Students. A group of students who i can not wait to work with.

 

Do not forget to get a letter of permission from a Parent/Carer.

The session will start at 3:10 and finish at 5:00 ( we may finish early on occassion)
