Jaffa Quake !

This will be our very own bake off.

 

At the start of the lesson, I will ask you to write down how much bigger our jaffa quake is than a normal jaffa quake.

 

You will need:

 

  • 50g Butter.

  • 50g Self Raising Flour.

  • 50g Caster Sugar.

  • 1 Egg.

  • 200g Chocolate, this must be dark chocolate. White or milk chocolate has too much coco fat and will split and go grainy

 

I will provide

  • ½ tsp Baking Powder.

  • ½ tsp Vanilla Exract.

  • 1 tbsp of Marmalade.
