Curry in sort of a hurry

For our first session back in room 6 you will need:

 

  • 4-6 chicken thighs or drumsticks, avoid breast as it will dry out, and as you now know it is the most expensive cut of meat from a chicken.

  • 3 tbsp curry paste, only if you rather bring your own, if so only bring in 30p for the other ingredients that i will be supplying

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes.

  • A suitbale container to take your curry home in.

 

 

Please bring 50p so i can provide you with

Garlic

Ginger

Coconut milk

Curry paste unless you would like to bring your own.

 

OPTIONAL, these are extras that if you decide will add even more flavour to this stunning curry.

 

Corriander

 

A whole chicken: This is your chance to take on the butchery i showed you in the lesson. We will use the carcass to make stock for the following weeks practical.
