Stromboli
For our penultimate cooking session we will be making this Italian classic that is
a similair dish to calzone.
You will need:

200g strong white or plain flour (plus extra for dusting)

1 sachet or 7g fast action dried yeast ( I will be providing this)
-
10g butter
Then your choice of toppings/fillings.
Choose 2-3 of the following:
-
cheese (mozzarella works well)
-
peppers
-
onions
-
mushrooms
-
cured meat like pepporoni and proscuitto
-
olives
Avoid toppings that contain alot of water like:
-
Sweetcorn
-
pineapple
I really wish we had a wood burning pizza oven, instead we will crank the ovens up high. Remember to bring a bottle of water, it is going to be a warm cooking session.
