Fish pie

For a great dish that is packed with protein, calcium and omega 3 you will need:

  • 3 large potatoes, sweet potato work fantastically instead or combined with a normal white potato (you can even get white sweet potatoes in Asda)

  • 25g margarine

  • 100ml milk 

  • 25g margarine

  • 25g plain flour

  • 250ml milk

  • parsley

  • 250g fresh or frozen fish, e.g. cod, haddock, hoki

 

OPTIONAL

50g peas and or sweetcorn
