Fish pie
For a great dish that is packed with protein, calcium and omega 3 you will need:
-
3 large potatoes, sweet potato work fantastically instead or combined with a normal white potato (you can even get white sweet potatoes in Asda)
-
25g margarine
-
100ml milk

25g margarine

25g plain flour
-
250ml milk
-
parsley
-
250g fresh or frozen fish, e.g. cod, haddock, hoki
OPTIONAL
50g peas and or sweetcorn
