YEAR 9: MONDAY & FRIDAY GROUPs

For our first session back in room 6 you will need:

 

  • 4-6 chicken thighs or drumsticks, avoid breast as it will dry out.

  • 3 tbsp curry paste of your choice. You can go for a thai,vietnamese or chinese paste.

  • 1 onion

  • A suitbale container to take your curry home in.

 

 

Please bring 50p so i can provide you with

Garlic

Ginger

Coconut milk

 

OPTIONAL, these are extras that if you decide will add even more flavour to this stunning curry.

 

Corriander

 

A whole chicken: This is your chance to take on the butchery i showed you in the lesson. We will use the carcass to make stock for the following weeks practical.
